Returns policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you have the right to return the product with a valid proof of purchase (E.g. email confirmation), up until 28 days from the date of purchase in store or online. Please note, that fabrics, trimmings, and any other items cut to your length specifications are non-refundable unless otherwise faulty or damaged (with valid proof). To request a refund, contact us, or visit us in one of our stores with your invoice as proof of purchase.

We will not refund any items that are opened (where the seal has been broken), damaged (where there is no evidence that it is not an user error) or are attempted to be refunded after 28 days.

To refund items online, please contact our email: info@craft-stores.co.uk and we will get back to you within 72 hours. We may not always provide postage for returns (Especially for international orders). Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 1 week, if the product is non-refundable, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refusal of sale

Ultimate Stores LTD has the sole right to cancel any orders that are deemed unfulfillable. For example, Orders in which the payment has not been processed or received, orders for locations deemed undeliverable too, when stock quantity is too low to fulfil the order and other supply chain faults. In a case where your order has been cancelled and the payment has been pre-processed, we will issue you a refund within 14 days. Ultimate Stores LTD is not obliged to accept your order and may not accept your means of payment.

Your right to cancel

You as the customer have exclusive rights to cancel your order up until it is dispatched. Cancellations for dispatched orders may be processed on a case-by-case basis when deemed necessary. Successfully cancelled orders will be refunded within 14 days.

Order Agreement

When you place an order via ultimatecraft.co.uk, you are creating an agreement between Ultimate Craft and you as a customer. Every separate order is a separate agreement and the items selected in your order will be fulfilled when possible. Our agreement to fulfil the order is matched with the customers to pay, in circumstances where payments are not made (unless in exceptional circumstances) , and our items have been taken by the customer, legal action (on the basis of theft and deception) will be taken.

You are, however, free to charge back on credit cards with adequate proof of missing items, damage from courier) , however items (damaged or not) will have to be sent back. We will arrange this unless items have gone missing from the courrier.

Delivery

We aim to deliver items ordered on time. However, Ultimate Craft is not responsible for slowed delivery times due to the carrier used (We currently use Royal mail/DPD). Once dispatched, the order is no longer an item of ultimate craft and will be delivered to you. Therefore, we are not liable for any damage of the product the carrier may have created. However, we would be happy to refund when the carrier can be held accountable.

Good will be delivered to the address you provide; we will select the most appropriate means of delivery for the goods. Please note - Due to current circumstances, we cannot offer next-day or tracked delivery services. To specially request an urgent order, or an important one, contact us.

Click and collect orders placed before 1PM will be available the day after your order, on the next business day, unless otherwise stated via email/phone (in case of low stock). Orders after 1PM will be available in 2 days, you will receive a shipping notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your proof of purchase (Email receipt) to verify your identity. (Click & Collect services are only available at our Camden & Crawley Stores at this time). We hold click & collect orders for 1 week, after that, your money will be refunded and your order will be voided. We use your shipping address as a receipt validation tool when click & collect is used. You may be asked to show ID for certain products.

Our rights for goods

All intellectual property rights in the Goods including all designs, trademarks, brand names, images and logos are and shall remain Our property, or those of our licensors. At no time shall any rights, title or interest in the intellectual property rights pass to You.

Sales

During sales, we are still able to refund products but only at their sale value. We are unable to refund products marked as ‘CLEARANCE’ and will refuse to do so. Sales can be cancelled at any time, however, pending orders will not be affected. Due to changes in international laws regarding delivery, any customs taxes or duty fees in your respective country are not liable to be paid by us, please contact your local authority to make sure how much you could pay (if there is a tax) for the value of your items. These fees are not covered by us in our shipping options and solely depend on your local government and laws, we are simply not liable in these cases.

Our website rights

Our website is intellectual property of ultimate stores LTD and in no means can be copied, used or transferred for personal customer use. How we use the website to market, sell and provide information is listed in our privacy policy.
